**ROOM FOR RENT** ? Looking to fill a room in our beautiful townhouse here in Redondo Beach. A roommate is moving out for 6 months and we need to sublet the open room. A mile from the beach, private garage parking, space for bikes, new appliances, 3 awesome guys that are fun and driven with their day to day activities. $850/mo plus about half for deposit.
